1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us within this time.
2. How to Return an Item
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:
- Opened or used pet food and treats.
- Personalised, customised, or made-to-order items.
- Perishable or time-sensitive goods.
- Items marked as “non-returnable” at checkout.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
- If the item is returned damaged or not in resalable condition, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
6. Exchanges
At present, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order.
